very nice!! im glad you have a great dealer too. my dealer is awesome like that too! but i have heard plenty of good news about car max. these other dealers better watch out!!

go to dodge.com then click on for owners, and then on the left type in last 8 of vin.

Any standard warranty is always valid within the milage/time period specified, regardless of how many owners the vehicle has gone though (except the lifetime warranty which isn't transferable.)

Also, paying $50 to transfer warranty? Insane! Your dealer will do it for free, or just do like I've always done and email dodge, they will transfer ownership instantly.
