Default 4.56's are in!!!!

Ok, so I doubted originally if the 4.56 would be a good mod for my truck......well...after the 4.56's...WOW...best mod yet!!!! would recommend them to anyone....before the gears the 36's i have on there really killed my MPG with the stock 3.92's....now as long as I stay at 70 mph and under i am getting almost the same MPG as I did stock...nearly 20MPG!! the 4.56's allow my MDS to kick in more and use less gas since it "coasts" more.....it's the perfect ratio in my opinion....I went with Yukon front and rear 4.56....got both with master install kits for 700 bucks....decent price for that brand...only problem during the install...which I did not do by the way....i paid for it....lol....they had to grind down part of 1 tooth due to a clearance issue.....but o well.........I filled up tonight and will post the total miles to empty when it hits.....but i know it's better due to the fact that I drove to the gear shop and it took nearly 1/4 tank...coming back from the gear shop...not even 1/8th used, and the power difference....wow.....now I need to get more power...hmmm......headers??? what do u all think would be a great mod for a daily driver...with 36's...4.56's.....bullydog programmer....3" BL and leveling kit....that's what i got so far. OH....ALSO..MY WHEEL SPACERS FOR ALL OF YOU THAT ARE SCARED OF THEM.........I towed over 10,000 lbs....and not a problem with my spacers...1.25" spacer...on all 4 wheels......

i guess im gonna HAVE to do this as well. you know a good place where i can order my gears? its a 2wd so i only need the rear. i have a 3" body, 2.5" leveling kit and a 1" block for the leafsprings. i have 3.92 gears and im probally gonna need the 4.56 so if anyone can steer me into the right direction of where to buy them i would greatly apreciate it. im also trying not to throw out to much money on it either

Good job!
I've got 4.56s, Superchips, CAI, exhaust and LT Headers and even though I'm almost at 7000 lbs. with 35" tires, winch, grill guards, etc. I'm right where I was stock in town driving and only about 1 mpg worse on the interstates.

The gears REALLY woke the truck up. Go for the headers, it really enhances a CAI and exhaust, both sound wise and performance wise.
To date, except for the suspension lift, the gears and headers are my favorite mods...
