http://www.summitracing.com
http://www.rearendparts.com/

Installation will probably be more expensive than the parts. I'm lucky and have a buddy who can install them for a 30 pack of Bud.

Best Prices (and by far the best customer service) you'll find is at one of the two following places:

http://www.airram.com/parts.php?categoryid=751

http://www.moesperformance.com/

As far as the install, find a place near you with a lot of experience doing gears...

I would get the install kit, and yes that is the kit that you need.
I meen think about it you are going to put new gears in so you should while you are in there put new bearings in to. Then you will have a completely new rear, and I would also replace both universal joints.
I just install my set of 4.56 gears 3 weeks ago with an install and just love them.

get gears you like...read into it. i mean, you're gonna pay like ~$350 for installation + gear cost...and if you get a posi, another $400 or so. i paid 1100 for my 4.56 gears w/ a posi. since i was spending that much, i figured i might as well pay another 50-60 bucks for better than bottom-tier gears. the guy told me to use "u.s. gear" because they make tons of chrysler's oem gear. the sunvabitch was liek 290 though....were as the motives are like 150 or something off of airram's site. and on top of that, they're located here in chicago...which was a plus in my book.

Rule of thumb on the install kit is under 30k, you can get away without it, over 30k on your truck then you need it...
