Default 02-05 to 06-08 conversion

a 06-08 grille will fit on a 02-05 hood right? and will the front quarter panels bolt on directly? also will a sport bumper bolt up and what about the headlights?

Yes you can do that but you will need alot of $$$ for parts.

you would need to buy the hood also, new grill is wider and won't bolt up to the 02-05 style hood

you'ld also need new front bumpers cause the grill at the bumper is rounded off while 02-05 has more square corners on all sides to fit in the different upper bumper. I dont know how much that will all cost but i know u will need a lot of work. I saw on Chevys/GMC/Caddilac that a lot a of them switch out front ends. U can get a Cadillac front conversion for around $1500 to put on a chevy.

ya ive seen the escalade front end on the chevy. not really fan of it, and this thread i made is kinda dumb, because i wouldnt do it and i know it would cost some money. i was just curious of how involved it was, because i saw in a magazine a truck thats a 2004, but it was identical to an 06....i was like what the hell. and realized that must have been what he did. the truck is actually used for an ad in the magazines for amsoil. i read diesel power, 8-lug, and truckin

You dont need a new hood. 02-08 is all the same. Yes its all bolt on stuff. But you need alot of parts to bolt on. Headlights and mounting, fenders, grill and upper bumper cover.
