I was thinking about getting this painted on my truck but I don't know if it will look any good so I need some of your opinions...I want to get that painted on the back of my truck like it isbelow but my truck is patriot blue and i wanted to get the daytona painted in white with a white wing above the tailgate



this is what my truck looks like from a side view..I would also ditch the tonneau cover and toolbox

yea i dont know..maybe a more chromish color woould work because it would go with the rest of the chrome on the truck?

 

definatly not white. I would go with either a silver or flat black would look good too. and they are just vinyl from the factory. I would go that route instead of getting it painted on.

 

yeah i mean silver and black are both kinda iffy only because i don't know how well the silver would look with the chrome and the thing with black is..would it be a good color to put over a blue color like that? would it be noticable enough?

 

you can get chrome vinyl but black and blue would make it look more stealth. and you kinda want the wing the same colour as the stripe.

 

is there a website you know of where i can look into one of these because i'll look into both colors for a while before i decide

 

klingsdesigns is a member in the 3rd gen dak section, he makes vinyl for alot of people here. and he has his own buisness. he made my super dak bed stripe that was on my dakota. I would shoot him a PM and he can hook you up. he has a web site, but I lost it when my computer crashed. he can make anything you can think of.
