I finally installed my supercharger again and it looks great just thought i would post some pics of it!!!

 

why did you take it off?

 

i just bought it two weeks ago but i took it off right after i bought it because the serpentine belt i had originally was a half inch to long and the belt would slip @ 3lbs of boost so i took it off so icould drive it to work. just put it back on last night with the right belt and am now running 9lbs of boost but i am getting spark knock @ 8lbs so i am replacing the fuel injectors with ford motorsports 24lb and hour injectors this weekend and throwing a MSD 6AL ignition with blaster 2 coil and 8mm plug wires. Might even send PCM out to KRC performance to have it tune a little!!

 

What A/F are you getting under boost and WOT?

9 pounds....sweet....Does anyone know how much the hemis can take before you have to start digging into them?....

 

my 5.9 should not be getting 9lbs i am changing the pulley tonite. stock internals at 9lbs of boost blow the head gaskets real quick! As far as a/f not sure if the bigger injectors take care of the spark knock i wont send the computer out but if it doesnt i have to send it out for the timing curve to be adjusted.

 

I have heard 7 pounds is about the highest number on a stock 5.7 liter. I'm not sure about the crank and rods and all that but I know we have pretty weak pistons.
