I've also have requested mine for my Grand Cherokee and my Ram. They sent them to me no problem and also told me about any unperformmed recalls.

If you litterally emailed them, they can not confirm ownership.
I got mine the same day. Went to the dodge website, filled out the contact form online requesting the build, and it was emailed later that day.
They must compare your contact info to what they have on record.

Too much to read. Did you fill out the actual contact form? You have to type build sheet in the subject.
They ask you for selling dealership, miles (I think), owners name addy etc.
If you didnt fill that out then you sent the wrong email.
