Default some questions

hey everyone, I have a 2001 dodge 1500 and am looking at upgrading to a 2005 1500. I found one that I can afford. The specs are 4.7v8 35,000 miles auto tranny. 4x4 with IFS.

What do you guys think it this a good motor, tranny and front end. It don't make as much hp as a hemi, but is it a good truck.

Oh and its 4 doors with short box, leather trimmed, power everything, and he is asking 12,995 is this a good deal, or should I keep looking

Thanks for your imput

We have a couple of dealerships that are offering 50% off on Rams here too to try and dump them. One dealer down here has a new quadcab 4.7L SLT for $14k.

Yea, but is it loaded, and 4x4. NO. Either way my parents bought the truck. I am still a 2nd gen owner, but now my parents are 3rd gen owners. I'm sure my dad will be on this site before long

318 5.2L, and I love it. I also have that motor in a jeep grandcherokee, and it has 230,000 miles on it. My truck has 90,000.
