pain in the *** indeed. drill a hole for wires in the mirror arm...run wires throught it. and then splice it into your turn signal. main part would just be running the wires throught that arm. i still gotta see if it would work. when i order my tow mirrors im gonna have to bring it by 4wheelparts and see one of their ford dually markers and see if it looks good. if it fits nice and doesnt look to big on the mirror i might think about it. id like to put the amber on in front of the mirror and the red on somewhere behind it so traffic behind you can see it. but like i said....it has to look right. im not gonna spend $300 on nice mirrors and ruin them with turn signals haha

The tube probably had the required airspace for the speakers optimal performance! Smaller box = smaller bump! Have to sacrifice something!

Try and roll your back windows down about 4" and see if it hits as hard as your tube?? If it does it is exactly as I decsribed above!

If thats the case, it looks like you'll just have to get some bad *** door speakers to make up for it!

alright....the tube sounded better but that thing was a monster.....just too big and wasnt very pretty. the box i made just looks so nice...and fits so perfectly.came up flush to the back seat....i could still flip up the front center seat....andit was clean looking...just an overall perfect size..so i cant get rid of it. guess i just have to sacrifice some thump. its nothing major, just wasnt as loud as my tube. oh well.

oh. forgot to mention i just sealed it. my box had an insert that i put in when i cut the hole to clean it up. on the end of the insert that was inside the box i stuck a shaving cream cap around...it was a tight firt and i put super glue all around it. so shes sealed now.

and thanks dodgenitto. you have been such a help during this damn situation.
