i'll get some pics up when i get a chance to take some and i can figure out how to make them small so that the forum will accept them.

 

open them in paint, go to image > stretch/skew (Ctrl+W) > enter 25% or so for both horizontal and vertical

 

For Windows XP there is a little power toy add on called "Image Resizer" you can download here.

Then you just right click your picture, pick resize picture, select size and there you go. It's quick and simple for doing quick resizing.
