I hate Dealers...need some help
Personally I think you are gonna be SOL on the CD player, a couple months is just too long to go back with the issue, now maybe if you had noticed it a week or two after buying it, you'd have a shot.
As far as the A/C goes, make sure you read that warranty over carefully, all the fine print and everything and if you still believe you are in the right, the hell with going to another dealer and letting the one who sold you the truck & the warranty off the hook that easily. Stick by your guns and give them hell!!!

No believe me it is a dam chrysler warranty.

I had a problem with my dealer once and said by God if you don't make this right I will put an 4'x8' A frame sign in the back of my truck that says "don't buy here- they suck" and will park it across the street with an arrow pointing to your dealer. 2 days later they called me and said we will fix it at no charge to you and bring it right in. They were so nice and appoligized for DC not covering it under warranty, they treated me like a king. I then purchased our 08' PowerWagon from them cause they gave us 18,500 for trade when other dealers only offered 10-12,000 on trade. They have since sold the dealership and even wanted me to come in and meet the new owners. Very nice people.
I worked at a Dodge dealership for three years in Sales, if you have an 8/80 warranty on a certified used vehicle with more than 36k miles then you would of gotten the 8 year or 80,000 miles POWERTRAIN warranty with the vehicle, this only covers the engine (no ancillaries), tranny and drivetrain. The only chrysler warranty that would of covered pretty much everything is the certified powertrain wrap, but you would of paid extra for that (about $1,500 to $2,000).
From what I remember though, the 8/80 certified powertrain warranty does come with 30 days 1,000 miles of more comprehensive protection. You've probably gone past this by now though.

You probably wouldn't be having these kind of warranty questions if you had purchased a Foreign vehicle.........the truck is practically new, they should fix it without any questions whatsoever........what is this nonsense.....?

None of the car makers will give a **** after the warranty is up, that's when they get to charge you! our Camry had tons of recalls when it was new, and one of them when i took it to the dealer for, they told me they wouldn't fix it. There are so many things that Toyota skimped on with that model, I personally would NEVER buy a foreign truck or SUV, seems to me that they just don't know how to make them right, but on the other hand, Japanese make exceptional cars, and i have never owned a German car, but i hear bad things about BMW's, Mercedes, and especially vw's all for reliability factors. And pretty much after the 2003-2004 toyota models go, there quality has gone down, there cars just aren't as reliable as the older models were in there day, so if i was to buy a new sedan, it would be an infinti.

so maybe its not the vehicle at all, maybe on the design board the Dodge Ram's are the best trucks around, just that the clowns at the assembly plants are screwing things up..........
For example, my truck is a 2002 and already the paint is starting to wear.....And it's not wearing because of neglect, because the vehicle is waxed at least 2 times a year....there is no excuse for this.....There is no reason why the paint on a 38K truck should be wearing, in six years........I've seen German vehicles that were 15 years old, and the paint still looks like new..
And i'm not the only one with this problem, their have been others on this forum who have mentioned that their paint jobs weren't holding up..........And i wouldn't even think about taking the vehicle to the dealership, because i already know the answer i'll get....."IT'S NOT UNDER WARRANTY"..which is the catch all phrase when a company doesn't want to own up to a problem.....
