Ok guys so my truck as of now has no bedliner. I want to get a spray in at some point in time. and then possibly put a bedrug in over the spray on with a hard shell tonneau. not sure about that yet because Idk how ez a bedrug is to remove for when I may need to haul things. the reason I need something is due to me getting in and out of the bed in just normal washing and I hauled my buddies new 73" DLP tv and 4 samsung 32" LCD's home for him my bed got scratched up pretty well. beds not dented or nething but the paint took a beating in a few spots.

I called a Linex dealer and was quoted two prices. for my short bed and under the rails.
430 bucks to do standard linex
610 bucks to do linex extra which is linex with a layer of dupont Kevlar coating on top that is gauranteed even stronger than regular linex and gauranteed not to lose luster. I was a wee bit sticker shocked. Prolly would go for the linex xtra due to the gauranteed to look teh way it does on day one thing.

Jw what other people did mebbe some pics and if anyone could chime in about the bedrug as well. it's all good in here.

 

I paid 550 over the rails for mine about 2 months ago. Love it a lot. Don't know if you would need a spray in and a bed rug though.

 

i want the bed rug mainly because usually whenever i go camping i just put an inflatable mattress in teh bed of the truck. for comfor purposes bed rug i like.

 

Rhino liner is the poo. I wish I had the money to paint my entire truck with it.

I got a "dealer incentive" deal when I bought my truck and definitely love the spray in liner. From hauling tools, gravel, dirt, camping gear, and most recently about 2K LBS of bricks (which the monkeys at the home store practically threw in the truck) not a scratch, chip, or ding and a quick spray out with the garden hose or the car wash and it looks brand new...I got mine done for about $350 (again dealer thing) and the truck had less than 50 miles on it Needless to say for me this is a must have, otherwise my bed would be scratched to hell...

I've had a bed rug in mine for 4 years. Still looks great. I ocassionally haul motorcycles but nothing any messier than that. I also installed the Roll'n'Lock cover and the truck is garage kept. The paint is like brand new underneath and I can crawl around in the bed on my knees comfortably. I would throw a load of dirt in the truck but the stuff is really tough and everything that slides across it.

I got a Vortex Spray in for $350 over the rails. He gave me a deal cuz he does all our company trucks too. It hasa a lifetime warrenty. He said if I ever have any kind of problem just bring it in! Make sure and ask how they prep the truck before they spray, that has a lot to do with how well it will hold! Regular price was $400 I think. Good luck
