Default Stolen license plates

Need some assistance please. Someone stole my plates from my 07 Ram, and I was wondering if anyone can suggest some anti-theft bolts?

Same thing happened to us on our 00' Tahoe. I got some special plastic screws and screw driver bit at an auto parts store. I live in California, so it was VERY expensive to get new plates!

Check out www.mcmaster.com and search for "tamper resistant screws." Pick whatever you want then find the appropriate driver for it. It won't guarantee that they don't get stolen, but it will make them pretty hard unless the thief carries a toolbox.

Autozone sells security screws also. It includes the tool to install/remove them also.

i had the autozone security screws on the liscense plate on my ford...Dont waste your money...i think all they had to do was cut the holes from my plate to the edge and bend it....definately got a penalty fee for "losing" my plate...the best thing is a fully boxed metal plate cover, and rivit it in (so they cant get a screwdriver under it)...they will get it if they really want it tho, im sure
