Default Exhaust mod on Hemi w/MDS

Hi folks,

Can anyone tell me if the MDS "roars" in the cab with say a Flowmaster 50 series? I can tell when it is running on 4 when going down the highway and seems it might be annoying.

Also, have any of you run the pipe out of the flowmaster and back to the stock position behind the rear wheel? Just don't want to dump it.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks,
Paul

you sure can if you really want to...you can prolly go to a muffler shop n itll be like 130 bucks.. all they gotta do is cut out the old and in with the new..unless you wanna do it urself then itll be about 90 roughly with the muffler and clamps.

And you are running a 50 series? Did you run pipe out the back or did you dump it behind the muffler?

Thanks

Well, that's not what I really wanted to here. I would like to open up the exhaust, but not if it's going to roar in the cab. I guess I could order a Corsa exhaust for about $1200. (not) They have some kind of quiet technology that says it doesn't make noise in the cab.

thanks for the info

When I had my 50series on my truck exiting out the stock location....i could hear the MDS but it didnt ROAR in the cab. You could deff tell when it was going in and out. I Thought the exhaust was too quiet with the 50. Oh and by the way, i had the 50 series that was designed for the HEMI.
