just changed mine tonight and they where pretty easy just over 1 hour. To ge the electrical connector off push it on more and then push out the saftey tab. Good luck.

Yeah, first time I changed mine, I "lost" a coil pack bolt in the folds of the intake manifold. Took forever to hunt it down. Last couple times, I remembered to remove the bolts just in case. Don't know if it'll help, but I found that for the rear plugs, I had to drop the various tools (plug socket, short extension, universal joint, then ratchet) one at a time to fit under the booster. Couldn't fit it onto the plug while all attached to eachother. Also...a thick blanket draped over the crossmember & onto the bumper will help deter knee and rib bruising!
