Default Identify model?

Hey everyone I am new to these forums and also new to dodge vehicles. I recently bought a used truck and I had a couple questions on it.
First I am trying to determine which model it is. Specs are
2004 Dodge ram 1500 quad cab long bed
5.7 Hemi
4x4 (non electric)
PW
PDL
PWR drivers seat
chrome grill

let me know of any other specs you need.
Second: Are the 20" Hemi wheels standard on any truck that had the 5.7 in it or were they an option? I have 17's right now that came on it I was just curious if my spedometer is off now or not cause it seems like it is.

Third: It has the infinity sound system does this automatically come with 7 speakers or how can I tell?

Yes these are probably stupid questions but i'm sorry

Congrats on getting a great truck, and welcome to DF!

I'm confused by what you mean when you say 'model'. To me, the model is Ram 1500. The trim is most likely SLT since you have power everything and the Infinity system.
20" wheels are NOT stock, and the difference in tire diameter from a 17" wheel to a 20" wheel is only about an inch, maybe 2 at the most, so it won't throw your speedo off much.
I'm pretty sure all Infinity rams have 7 speakers. You can make sure by looking on top of your dash. The speakers on the dash will look like round vent holes (I thought the were vents at first). They will be between the rectangular openings for the window/defrost vents. 3 openings, left, right, middle. You can also turn the Fade all the way to the front and see if the sound comes out of the dash.

Sorry thats what I meant SLT,Off road, SL ect ect ect. I'm pretty sure I do have the 7 speakers then cause I have those holes and I thought they were vents. I will post some pics up in acouple weeks i'm deployed right now but as you can imagine being quad can and long bed it's a long truck. Only have 22000 miles on it to which makes me happy. I paid around 20k for it. I guess I should clarify I didn't just buy it I bought it a year ago.

Yeah it sounds like you have the SLT package. The 20's are an option available and usually not put on the long bed truck. If you have the infinity system, you most likely have the full package with all speakers and the amp.

As far as other specs that you are looking for, what do you want to know?

How to get better gas mileage? Just kidding. Whats an average MPG I should get Hwy driving? Any known problems with these trucks I should be aware of? Reccommended upgrades? Any other information you feel like sharing would be great.

Aren't Laramie and SLT 2 different things? I got an SLT, and it's got infinity.

Teg, if you got the limited slip rear end, it will cause you problems at some point or another. Hammer will probably chime in and give more details on that, but you should expect to do oil changes on the rear diff to identify if they are getting ready to crap out on you.

My quad cab short bed will do over 17 on the highway if I keep it under 65. I've gotten as high as 21. City will depend on your foot. Expect 9-14.

electric fan seems to be a very popular upgrade. the mechanical fan is a dog and takes up a bunch of power. I would recommend that before a catback exhaust and/or cold air intake. Roughly the same cost as those, and much better results.

This might be a stupid question but is there an easy way to tell if I have the limited slip rear end?

Well.. You can get down on the ground and look at the rear axle and see is there is a tag... it'll say 3.55 and have some other info with it.. that may be the easiet.... or jack up the rear of the truck and spin one tire... and see which way the other tire goes..
