Default econ programmer or dealership??

i have a 04 4.7 ltr and i had to upgrade to the 20's and with this , my speedometer is 3-4 mph off. is there something the dealer can flash/change? or do i have to buy that $300 econ programmer? the only performance chip they list for my 04 4.7 is the jet performance chip and i already have it so i reg performance chip is not going to do it....any suggestions?

superchips has a tirepaq which costs $225. thats cheaper than the one your talking about, but the dealer should be able to do it. 1 hour labor sounds ridiculous to me. it takes no more than a few minutes to do. i think i read on here a guy doing it and they charged him $45.

Are you sure your Speedo is off? Some Rams come stock with 20's and they are fine... it all depends on teh actual size of the tire... So as long as your tires are the same size as other Rams then you should'nt need to have your truck recalibrated... What size tires do you run?

lol well the way i figured it out was everytime i run by police radars im always off the same amount of mph. right now i believe 275 60 r 20 . not sure if much of a difference , but i think maybe a little as far as the tire size.
