ok i got a dodge ram 1500 v8 hemi 5.7 liter motor so dose anybodyno what to put in tha motor to make it save gas

I hope you didn't buy this truck not knowing what the mpg were. At the most you will be able to get a few extra mpg out of it if you add a cat-back exhaust, chip, and cai. But that is in most cases. The best thing to do is watch your driving style. My 2 cents worth.

what do you think the best exhaust system i should get but i kinda want it to be a low sound like flow masters

Magnaflow is very nice at idle and just driving around, but when you stomp on it everyone knows it!

Well the simple fact is, you may never see any gains from putting an exhaust system on... Actually with many mods that people mention here you may never see any MPG gains... HP Gains maybe, but no miles...

My suggestion is:
Leave it stock, drop-in a k&N filter, and switch all your fluids to a good synthetic... That'll be about the best you're going to be able to do..
