I see some people have linked to various years of PDF service manuals, but if anyone has one to the 2004 I would appreciate it. I got the emissions light on even after clearing the misfire code. I will buy the paper books as soon as I find a used one on eBay, but I guess I need it a bit sooner than I thought.

I saw that thread. That manual is only for 2002 as far as I can tell. There was no 4.7L in it either.
