Default Can I use K&N Cleaner kit on Airaid filter?

can I clean with K&N cleaning kit on airaid filter? the cleaning guides are the same.

sorry for basic question, lots of posting problems.

OK, when I post my questionI get an instant "page can not be displayed"... but I can post this test????... same if I paste my question via the edit post funtion. Is there a problem with certain letter or character combos here? Please stand by whil I try to find the offending TEXT...

lol, if I add an "e" to the word whil it won't post... first problem found.
plus it keeps adding ' mark when I edit

I'm running Vista Ultimate 64bit with latest updates and IE if that helps the mods.

its the forum, nothing to do with your computer. i have found that apostropes, in addition to multiplying, also cause posting problems.

I removed the filter and found the previous owner installed one of those "tornado" air disruptor/funnel things... should I leave it installed or remove it?

thank you!

if you're able to post it, what's the reason for removing the tornado?

I'll try again.
I would say the K&N kit would be fine as they are both an oiled filter.

I've seen dyno tests run and actually show decreased performance with the tornado installed on modern throttle body intake vehicles...

Oh, and have patience. This is a great forum, I understand technicians are working to fix the posting issues...
