level kit rubbing

Default level kit rubbing

I recently installed a 2inch level kit on my 2006 dodge ram 1500 2wd. i am experiencing rubbing on the front of my truck it looks like it might be in the control arm area is there anything to do for this? i also have a 3inch body lift on my truck also...

Your wheels don't have enough back space! I am not sure what the exact backspace is that is needed!

Usually takes a wheel with 4.5" of backspacing to clear the control arms...

its not the backspacing. i have stock rims and tires on the truck. there is no rubbing involved with the tires. i think it has to do with something like the suspension or control arms rubbing or touching when i hit bumps, because it sqeaks and creeks from the front.

yea i will try that car wash idea, hopefully that helps out. i just don't see what that will do but i'll give it a try

i will get my hands on that white lithium spray and try that out. hopefully that takes care of the sqeaks.
