i have a couple of questions:
1. does the sts kit come with a BOV
2. what do i need to run 7 psi (i know i need meth kit and plan on getting one) besides the sts kit or is it set up for 7 psi already.

The kit comes with both the BOV and wastegate. You will also need 8 larger fuel injectors and some form of tuning, whether it be SCT or a SMT-6 piggyback. The wastegate comes with a 5 psi spring so that will be the boost limit unless you also get an optional boost controller to raise the pressure.

 

thanks, im in contact with krc performance they said i need 60# injectors and a 2 bar map sensor and they have a kit that comes with everything just its 6500 and the kit from sts ive found one for 3800 new the thing is i really dont know if i can tune it myself i know a good bit about engines and stuff but other than the superchips plug and play that is my extent of tuning.

 

The sts kit does not include a BOV. A BOV is extra.

It is set up for 5lbs boost. To make 7lbs you have to get a boost controller.

You don't need meth injection if you get an intercooler.

 

ok i just dont know about tuning could i get the smt6 and do it myself?
and i dont want to mess my truck up.
if i do go with the kit from krc i would like to know what i'm getting what all comes with the kit?

My 04 did not like the smt-6. I now have the sct tuner, not the pre-progammed progammer.

You will also need larger injectors and a 2BAR MAP sensor.

 

what size injectors and if i bought the kit and peices where i could find the best deal would krc still sell me the tuner with the program i need?

 

I have the Ford SVT Cobra "blue injectors.

I have no idea what KRC does.
