Default Programmer

Im lookin to buy a programmer to offset the weight and drag on my engine due to larger tires and rims, and i was wondering which programmer offers the best fuel economy along with the best power gains. I think the best one is the superchips flashpaq, and advice?

A programmer is a good idea and the Superchips would be probably the best choice for your setup, it has some decent gains and really firms up the tranny shifts, however it won't do a whole lot for the "weight drag" of larger tires & wheels.
The single best upgrade you can make to get the power to the rear wheels would be a gear swap. If you are really feeling the sluggishness from just 33" tires, my guess is you probably have the lesser desirable 3.55 gears. An upgrade to at least 4.10 or even better 4.56 gears will give you acceleration off the line and for passing that will feel night/day over what you have now...

with the tires you have I'd go straight to 4.56 gears (and the superchips 3815)

Default Void Warranty

I was told by a Dodge Dealer that if something go's wrong with your engine it will void the warranty if any type of PMT is installed. Just broke a exhaust valve on my 2003 with 57K on it and Dodge Replace the engine with a new one. Glad I did not install a PMT on it now.

That's rediculous. Just program it back to stock before you go in...

Exclamation Void Warranty

Not that easy when you are broken down on the road and have to be towed to the closes Dodge Dealer. Just something to think about before you install a PMT . Check with your dealer First.
