Redbud, his pal, and I went to Thunder Valley last night. It was really cool, except for the 3 hours it took for them to clean the track after somebody threw a rod through his block.
Anyway, I was having severe traction problems, could do a burnout and then still just spin the hell out of the tires. Shouldve dropped tire psi, but we didnt have an air tank with us, and none of the gas stations would be open when we left (like 12:30). Anyway heres my best time slip

60' 2.49
1/8 11.15
mph 62.78
1/4 17.49
mph 77.84

Once I get my traction issues taken care of, I think it should be around 17.3 or so

yeah, I had the same traction issues that 7mm described with traction, and the best I got was an 18.17 (I have the long bed...don't know weather the extra weight and length was a big factor or if its mostly my hsitty driving).

yeah, I had the 20s on the back 275/60/20 Cooper A/Ts, not sure what you mean by sure grip, but its an open differential with 3.21 gears. I was shifting about 5400 rpm and was finishing in 3rd gear
