I've got the same thing on mine. It sounds like a noisy lifter on the passenger side toward the front. I don't know if that's what it is or not (haven't got around to taking it in yet). I had the same thing, though, on my Jeep 4.0 6...they kept it for a day and a half and swore it wasn't a lifter or rod knocking. When I have some reason to take it in, I'll let you know what they find.
