Default Good Gear shops?

I was thinking about switching my 3.55's with either 4.10's or 4.56's. I heard that a good install on gears was important, so I was wondering if any you DF members knew of a good shop in Northern California, around the Sacramento area to do the work?

I have had good luck going to a dealer and talking the the rearend guy there and having them do it on the side. Some will, some won't. I got my gears in my Mustang for $50 labor, but that was several years ago.
You might also get lucky and find a 3.92 LS rearend at a salvage yard for the same price as the gears. Then it's just a bolt-in job. You would only need a dealer or a programmer to correct the speedo.
