M15 is right,CST and FabTech along with ProComp are really the only 2wd lift options that work without issues right now on the 06 and up 2wd trucks because fo the frt suspension changes. The 02-05 trucks have more options and what worked for those dont work as well for the 06 and ups.

I would do 4" CST spindles on a 2wd 06 and up before doing anything else unless you wanted to just get a true 6" lift kit from the get go.

Upper control arm banging issues are the limiting factor on the 02-05 trucks and also got worse on the 06 and up when they made the upper control arms different.

On those 4" CST spindles...what else would I need to lift the truck both front and back?? i have a 2" level kit on the front, but it still sits pointed down slightly..Thanks all for your replies....

okay, a couple pointers. You will be disappointed with the 4 inch suspension lift on a 2wd. It basically just levels the front and adds maybe a 1/2 in the rear if any. I did a TRUE 6 inch lift on mine and want to do a body lift in addition to it.

yea, ive heard that...but i dont have the extra cash to get a 6 inch lift, which I would want, but i guess i just gotta save save save for a long time i guess...thanks all for your input...

Yea, 2wd lift kits are very economical when compared to 4wd kits, especially when the 4wd is an IFS...

alright thanks for the info...i still can only do about 300 at the moment...but i was leaning towards the rough country set once i get that much saved up...thanks again everyone!!
