sonofabitch. i thought it was just my imagination that made me feel like it pulled harder at 1/2 throttle. I assume this is to protect the trans also? and the rest of the drivetrain for that matter.

might not be such a bad idea to leave it on, lest you grenade your drivetrain, unless your competing.

 

ive always thought the same thing. if i floor it it bogs, but if i half throttle it it pulls way better. hopefully some one will chime with an answer or maybe the superchips programmer will take care of this.
