Thanks

You WILL NOT require new shocks with the leveling kit. I have had nothing but good luck with my leveling kit that I got from TopGunCustomz and it is among the cheapest on the market. I bought mine off EBAY but they have a website to roder off as well. You WILL need an alignment which ever kit you decide on.

nope no new shocks needed. and like justntexas07 ive had great success with mine. its a lil more pricey than the top guns. idk about the topguns but the readylift is metal and wont sag at all...either way your ride feels the same and you feel tall as hell!

I'm a newbie at all of this. I have a '06 1500 QC 4x4. I'm putting on a 2" leveling kit. What are the biggest tires I can put on there without changing the stock (245/70R17) wheels? Looking for suggestions on brands, too. I want something aggressive, but sensible on the road, too. Thanks

Depending on what the back space is on the factory rims you should be able to put 35's with maybe a little rubbing in tight situations. I leveled the front of my 05 and went with 33/12.50/17's and my rims are17x10 with a 4" backspace.

Thanks. I like those tires and rims that you have. The specs below are for the set I was looking at. Don't know about backspacing.

5 on 5.5" 17" x 9" 315/70R-17 All-Terrain KO® Tires and 4 ProComp® Series1069 Wheels
