Default seized cv halfshaft in hub

I have a 2004 Ram 1500 4x4 with a front right seized cv halfshaft where it fits into the wheel bearing hub, have tried a puller and heat with no luck, does anybody have any ideas on how to remove.

Thank you

I just had a car I was doing a wheel bearing on do the same thing. I ended up having to pull the whole knuckle and axle assembly together and taking it to a machine shop to have them press it out.

You got me, I'd agree with dazed01, get it to a shop. I've changed two busted ones with buddies off-road. One was a piece of cake, the other had the diff side completely shred, couldn't get it off, so I just snatched it out of the woods where Mr. Mechanic could get to it with his flatbed...

Most the time my air hammer will take a stuck axle out, or if not the guy in the bay next to mine has the b***est air hammer I've seen and that will usually do it. This one didn't move and the guy at the machine shop said he's never seen one more stuck lol. He had to put so much pressure and heat on it the threads were mushroomed not just the end.

Update, managed to separate the halfshaft from the wheel hub , I had to remove the halfshaft and then pound it out of the wheel hub with a sledge hammer.

Yes, a piece of hardwood in between the shaft and hammer did the trick.
