I have an 07 SLT Big Horn and mine DOES have it. Thats weird that yours didnt have one.

Most likely taken off. My truck is an '03 SLT, but all that my cover is, is a little flap, that couldn't even hold up to a couple of pounds. Mine didn't come with the jack, so I have a bottle jack from my previous truck, and threw some jumper cables under there. Every time I drive, they start to come out from under there. It'd be cool if those plastic pieces would fit on an '03.

my new 08 Bighorn came with no cover either.

my dealer in Oregon said only certain trim levels come with it. i ordered one and boy what a difference it makes was 25.89 ..

I had this same question come up last week. I looked at over 100 trucks of all trim levels and styles. I only found this piece on one truck.
