Find yourself a new dealer. The lot you're dealing with sounds shady, I wouldn't trust them to wash your truck, let alone service it.

 

I agree. This is why I go to a dealer that is 15 miles away vs the one 4 miles away. The closer dealer is not a 5 star dealer and seems to sell alot of lemons. A little effort to keep a customer goes a long way. Screw me once, and I'll never be back!!!
