Default Homemade bumpers & headache rack

Anyone here make their own front/rear bumper(s) and/or headache rack?

Got some spare time at work coming up and lots of scrap around... thought I might piece something together and would check here for ideas/tips.

Thanks!

Now that looks tough! How did you end up mounting it? What else do you want to do to finish it?
Thanks!

Looks awesome! Nicely done... very clean design.
What thickness steel did you use? What did you use for paint?
Making one for the rear also?
Thanks for the pics!

Yeah I tried to follow the lines pretty close..
Paint is just a spray on rubberized undercoat(till its all done then Rhino)
Of course I will be making one for the rear sometime..

Front Center is 1/4" the Rest is 3/16"
Because i do plan on adding a winch, and heavy duty hooks

I do have HEMI Cut out in the Lower center, that you cant really see
in the Pics.. Im gunna put a piece on alum behind it so it stands out..
