Default Crowning tires

I got my 05 aligned after about 1,5000 miles of cranked torsion bars. My passenger side tire was staring to crown so I got it aligned and the alignment went well, but since then the crowning from the one tire seems to peeling from being worn on that side. I am wondering how much it will peel and break until the wearing stops? The tire was moved to the front passenger side after the alignment.

Mine is the same way, I did the same thing but im getting an alignment saturday. I saw these eccentrics you can buy that replaces the upper control arm bolts to get a hair more alignment out of it. It is a bad alignment, I really don't see why the factory doesn't just give an Inch or two more adjustment for castor, camber what ever one it is.
