Default Need help with the U-Connect
I know this might not be the place for it, but I have a 08 Ram 2500 Hemi and when I hit the U-Connect button nothing happens. I called U-Connect and they gave me the BS that I have to go to the dealer. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a way to reset it? Thanks.

I can't get mine to work either, and yes it is in the mirror. Sometimes I can get it to flash a message across the radio screen but that's it.

Sounds like a programming issue that only the dealer can do with the scan tool.
