I have an '02 quad cab with the factory Infinity stereo and I noticed today that the driver door woofer sounds like its going. The tweeter on the dash seems fine.
I was wondering if anyone has done an aftermarket speaker install, and still has the factory one laying around.
If so please let me know. Free would be awsome, in IOWA even better, but ill take what I can find.
If they are VERY cheap, I will consider purchasing, otherwise I might just go aftermarket myself.
You can drop me a PM if you got em.
Thanks.

Don't do it. Just upgrade while you need to. Get a nice amp and some alpine component speakers and it will be a major difference. Im ording some spr15s i think there called. They are alpine type r component speakers that have a 5 1/4" midbass and a 1" tweeter and a separate crossover. I would go the coaxal spreaker route, I did it and it was a waste of time and money becuase they dont produce any bass or mids.

A new one from the dealer is only $43.92 @ http://moparbiz.com
Look under body parts, then instrument panel, then speaker, then with 6 speaker system.
