Default Loss of Power

I have a 06' 2500 4x4 and the other day I was driving and all the sudden I could not accellerate past 35 mph, so I automatically changed my fuel filter. It helped out a bit but still I don't have the power that I used to. Is there anything that you could tell me to help me out. Maybe my injectors are clogged? I don't know... Please help

thanks,

g

Welcome

I would first, scan for codes. I would also check the actual fuel pressure. What engine is it?
