Default Black or Chrome Nerf Bars for my Truck

I am going to get some nerf bars this weekend for my truck, (as per my wife's request). I have a chance to get a set of black or chrome ones for just about the same pirce. (Black $200, Chrome with the black steps, ($225). Here is a picture of my truck and tell me what you guys think.

Thanks!

Chrome on black looks tight! Take a look at RaiderJs truck. He has black on black...that looks good too.

You can go either way since you already have chrome bumpers and the truck is black. If it was a sport it would be black all the way.

Thanks guys! I am going to get the black ones. One more question, they want to charge me $50 to install it. I am pretty sure it is a simple install, correct? Isn't it just a matter of lining up the mounting brackets and bolting them in, no drilling? Just need an impact, right? Thanks everyone! Sorry I know there is probably old topics on this if I search but wanted your help.

Installing the nerf bars is a straight forward job, the only PITA about doing it is getting the bolts on your truck loose, mine were on really damn tight. Other than that, if you can use a socket wrench, you can installed nerf bars.

Good choice with the black BTW.

I had black, was going for a black on red thing. Then changed my mind and went chrome, I don't think with the black truck and chrome bumpers and wheels, you can go wrong either way.
Do the install yourself, about 45 mins in the driveway with simple hand tools by yourself or about 20 mins with a helper.
