Default 1500 - TPMS vs. E rated tires?

Will a 1500 with TPMS play well with 265/70 17 E rated (80 psi) tires?

I was wanting the extra sidewall stiffness for when I tow my camper (helps with sway and boating). I also think that the E rated tires hold up better for off roading.

Any thoughts or experience?

You may have to get either the system recalibrated for the higher pressures or different sensors. Swing by your local dealer and ask the service guys.
