Hello, I got the screws off, but not sure what to do next. People say to *pull the left side really hard*. What part???

From my pic of my dash, heres my questions:

1) The dash piece that comes off.. is it the RED outlined section or the whole BLUE outlined area??

2) Where do I *pull hard* at to get it of?? If someone could put a arrow or two in my pic or a guide somehow that would be AWESOME!

3) Where are the clips? Is there a EASY WAY to get the dash off without scratching the dash or damaging it? I already scratched it trying.....

its the whole red section. start at the top left by the gauges... thats where i pull the dash off from

 

Yep, it's the red area, I had mine off the other day installing dash speakers.
