Default Gas Mileage

After doing the math, I was surprised to find out that my 2008 4.7L is getting around 16 miles a gallon city. I drive with a very light foot. Irarley exceed 2000rpm, unless I have that urge to hear my engine haha. I also have an exhaust system, intake system, and chip. I know theres a lot of people with more mods than me. I wanna know what kinda of MPG is everyone getting. Feel free to share...

I figured that I'm getting about 15.5-16. It was around 13 when I first bought my truck..

I hear ya buddy!! Thats how I feel to! I mean, I keep up with it(milage) but it's got to get where I can't afford to put gas in it before it's really going to make a difference to me. By the way, I get around 14 city and between 15 and 16 highway. It really depends on how many little "tuners" or others who think they got ***** pull up beside me! I try to go light on the peddle, you know, below 2000rpms and all that but some times I just got to let that goat run!

Default RAM 2500 here...

I am getting 13.9 highway, and about 12 around town.. 6000 lbs is a bit much to keep moving I guess... Yep, cheering that the price of fuel is going down (unfortunately the economy is going with it - good with the bad I guess).

Kinda off topic but does anyone know how much diesels get?? Mu buddy has an 8in lifted 04 250 ford superduty deisel and it gets 20 city. I didnt believe it but I found out its true. He does have ALOT of engine mods (dyno tested 600plus HP), that could be the source of it tho.

I get about 14 highway and 12.5-13 back roads w/ SuperChips 91 tune & 93 octane. SUBTRACT 1.5MPG for 87 tune w/89 octane. I don't baby the beast - I get to speed quickly and then maintain speed - engine works less and it's more fun.
