Default Price help 08 Ram 1500 Hemi

Hi everyone,
I need to know what a realistic price is for a 2008 Ram 4x4 Quad Cab Hemi? I hear people saying all the time that they picked the truck up for $20,000, and so on..But did they? I didn't try hard at the dealer, however they were only at $25,000. The sticker is $37,000. I would just like to know what to aim for.

Thanks,
Zack

I think you could get it down to 23 or so.

Depends on the options on the truck. 23K to 25K is probably about right.

I had the dealer down to 23K on a Big horn Hemi, wouldn't go any lower so I got an 4.7 SXT at another dealer for 20K.

Six months ago I got $12k off sticker price on mine. Now with the 09's actually in the showrooms, I can't believe they wouldn't give you a better deal on an 08 than I got.

My local dealer here still advertising 50% off sticker on every 1500 on the lot. I personally know a guy bought a 2wd Hemi QC Big Horn in Sept. there for 50% of the stickered price, now they DID soak him on a couple "dealer installed" options already on the vehicle that they refused to remove or budge on which brought the price up to about $2000 over half off, then there was tax, tag, title & a crazy $695 prep fee, but over-all, still a steal!

I got my truck for $18,600 about a month ago. After adding 5 year/100,000 warranty, gap insurance, and Texas TTL it was 21,280 out the door. 0 down, $406 a month for 60 months.

2008 Quad Cab 4x4
Hemi
tow package
TRX4 package (not the TRX4 Offroad)

Edit: the original window sticker was $35,550
