superchips 05 thru 07 4.7 tuner update

It could be a time out on our end or it could be a communication issue with your computer and our server possibly because of a firewall or virus software.
My suggestion would be to try the update once again. If you receive the same problems I would recommend contacting our customer service department so a representative can better help you with this issue.
Customer service can be reached at 888-227-2447.

Scott, i'm having problems with my programmer as well...
I was on the phone yesterday with a gentleman for a good 20 minutes trying to figure this thing out...
He told me to update it, so I did, twice that day...
I plug it into my Dakota, and it says "Initializing, Please Wait" then it beeps and says,
"06 4.7L V8 AN
Is currently
Unsupported
Please call
Superchips and
use code #G-36"
What does this mean?

It could possibly be that we just need to build a file for your PCM's file but it should of told you that when you tried to update it online.
PM me your tuner SN and I will look into it for you.

Scott@Superchips,
I want to thank you for inquiring into my issue. I called the following day, talked to Ivan, and got my tuner to update. He even called me the next day to ensure everything worked out for me.
Contrary to what others have been saying, I can definitely tell the difference in throttle response and a little in power (no BS). It is by no means a rocket ship, but you shouldn't expect a neck snapping increase. It's just a 4.7L and the Ram is portly (however, the performance increase is definitely noticeable).
The increase I gained may be due to what you just stated; "It could possibly be that we just need to build a file for your PCM's file but it should of told you that when you tried to update it online.", because you guys did have to create a custom build for my PCM.
Thanks again.
