A 2009 Hemi would be a good start - 390hp. LOL, but seriously...
Let's see - the stock Hemi is 345hp? Realistically, I imagine the CAI might add around 2-3hp, the mufflers maybe another 3-4, and the superchips program could and another 6-7?? Not sure on the superchips thing. Keep in mind the claims made are not always as realistic as you might think.
To bump up 40hp or so, you would need to do heads and a cam, but that's big money. Unfortunately, speed costs money. These little bolt-ons we like to add may help mpg a little and improve throttle response, but don't do that much as far as horsepower goes. Such is life!
Just one man's opinion. Hell, I have the 4.7 with 310hp. I just want my truck to sound good, but it ain't no dragster!!

thats a pretty loaded question.
you got things for and against you here.
the superchips you got reprograms your shift points and makes the shifts much faster, this should helps quite a bit. but, the iforce is mated to a 6 speed, and has a 4.30 axle ratio. you probably have a 3.92. 4.56 gears would be a HUGE help.
automatic rams have terrible drivetrain efficiency, so we don't get as much power to the ground as we should. I'm not sure how toyota's is, but it can't be any worse than ours. to battle this, switch all your fluids to a good synthetic (Royal purple, amsoil, or even mobil 1). This won't turn it into a hot rod, but will help.
the headers and cat you just ordered combined with the SC (not sure what CAI you have, and I doubt flowmasters give you much at all) should be a solid 20+ high end hp bump. and as long as you leave cats in, you own't lose much on low end. I would recommend siwtching ur flowmasters to magnaflows if its a simple muffler swap. magnaflows generally flow much better than FM and pretty much always outperform.
curb weight on a quad cab yota is 5500. a quad cab 05 ram is supposedly 4800, though itll weigh in closer to 6k. if both are screwing up/lying the same amount, you have a rather large advantage on weight, so you might already be ahead with the headers and cats. don't go around tryin to take a regular cab tundra if u got a QC, it'll dust you.
if you could do 1 thing under $2k in addition to what you have that would give you the greatest chance of beating a tundra, i'd say do the gears.
