Thanks, but a 2nd gen over a 3rd? Doesn't the 5.9 Magnum only have like 245 HP? Isn't that like 100hp less than the 5.7 Hemi. I'm not going to stop untill it's at least over 500 HP
Shouldn't be to difficult. I only need qaround 155 to get there. Paxton superchrager alone will knock most of that off. After ported heads, krc cam, manley push rod, ect.. no, won't me to difficult at all. Should be done by end of summer. I'm estimating after it's built around 6-7k for the performance parts.

Yea, crank hp is a lot easier. Is there an average percent for dodge trucks on hp loss of driveline compared to crank hp? Let's say the crank hp is 500, would would the driveline most likely be at? Around 430?

I think the auto trans makes the Hemi lose close to 20% in the driveline. Hemi is rated at 345 crank and stock on the dyno they show between 265 -280 I believe. A belated Welcome to DF too Hemi 44.
