can this be done??
04 ram 20' factory wheels can they be painted?? they look like hub caps but they dont come off and not sure if there plastic or what . i would like to get them powder coated but not sure if there plastic or metal. to do it cheap i would like to paint them myself. anyone have pics or has anyone done this???
also i would like to paint my kobalt tool box to match its diamond plate will paint stick to it???
