Check the owners manual, most are due (brakes are changed when worn) such as differential fluid change, plugs and such.

they didnt mention a chassis lube but I have seen you all talking about it. What is it and can someone like Pep Boys do it?

They didn't mention it because many of the parts on your chassis are so called "lubed for life" and are sealed, such as u-joints, ball joints, etc. In reality, the seals eventually break and water and dirt works its way into the grease and the part fails, but there is nothing you can do to prevent it other than replacing the part with an aftermarket part that can be lubed.

If you have a warranty and something goes, would you need prove that you changed the oil for example, if not changing the oil could have effected that part breaking?

I hope the question is clear enough.
