There are 2 blue, 2 white, 2 red wires coming off of each tail light, I need to know where to tap in for power and what not to turn the LED's on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

these are the wires I have going to the tail lights:

black
white / yellow stripe
white / kelly green stripe
white / slightly darker green stripe
green / white stripe

The LEDs are extra rings around the stock inserted light bulbs.

The best I can give you just looking at the service manual is that the black wire is ground. I don't know which of your red/white/blue wires is ground but whichever is, connect it/them to black.

Then it's a matter of touching the LED's wire to the truck's wire to find which one you're got. For example, turn on the parking lights and then touch your LED wire to the truck's wires till the LEDs light. If they cut off when you kill the parking lights, you've got the wire you're looking for. Same goes for if you want it triggered with the brakes except you'll need someone to hold the brakes while you probe wires.

Got a set of headlights for my '05 QC with LEDs in them... very dissapointed in the quality of the lights but kept them until some of the LEDs burned out and fiqured out that you could not replace them without breaking the light open. Paid a s**t load of money for them and hated them. Ended up yanking them out and putting the stock lights back in and very happy I did. I know we are talking about tail lights here, but poor quality will bite you in the a**! Just my 2 cents worth.

I see, wire the LED's into the parking light wires. My 08 is different, so I do not have the color codes for yours.
