Where can you find 93 at? Premium is 91 in the northwest and 91 here on the east coast. I am just glad I don't live in Utah where regular is 85.....lol

Sooooo. For those of you with an interest. I drove my truck back the same 1038 miles taking a couple of hours less than I did going there with the boat on. The journey is virtually all Interstate and I maintained 70-75 all of the way home. My mileage improved quite a lot to 18.4 mpg running 89 Octane and interestingly 18.1 mpg on 87.

Driveability seemed unaffected by the grade. Still no engine tick since I ran sea foam through the crankcase and changed the oil for Royal Purple.
I forgot to mention in my earlier post that my truck is 2 wheel drive and now has 85,000 miles on her. It is a very comfortable vehicle for such a long drive and neither my wife or 19 year old son complained abour room, noise or seat comfort.

I am really glad I installed my Pioneer radio with XM and iPod connection. My wife even watched a movie on my iPod Touch on the way there. As I drove back through St Louis, it began to snow and it looks as though we have a few more days of it ahead.....maybe I need to drive back to Florida !

Interesting...I have a 08 Hemi QC 4x4 with about 5000 miles and I drove 500 miles the other weekend at 75-77 mpH all interstate. I only got 14.3 mpg running a mixture of Octane 89 and 93 about half half mix.

I would think that dragging the 4x4 around would make some difference but not that much. Yes you are right it is a quad cab. Here is the spec sheet from Chrysler
