Side exhaust before rear tire

just ordered the magnaflow side exit from jegs...on clearance for 361.00 plus 50 bucks to ship!
what is the difference between the ifs and solid axle kit? i did not notice or pay atention to that when ordering. just keyed in the year, motor and cab and it gave me the 16698 part #.

I have the flowmaster kit that dumps out before the tire, and I like it, I wouldent say I love it, but the only reason I dont, is because I like the look of two fat pipes coming out of the back. Anyways, I went with this flowmaster setup because it was just kinda different, It's not horribly loud in the cab, and it has a real nice tone outside. Looks pretty good too, I'd say if you prefer the look of the side exit before the tire, then go for it, hasent done me wrong.
